Cafés and shops and one well-stocked supermarket beside Albergue Hogar del Peregrino. The café of Puente Fitero opens at 07:00. During August Itero is the unlikely location of a music festival called IteroRock or Tachurock which brings together long-haired, motorcycle-riding, guitar-smashing degenerates from all over Spain for a day or two of drug-fuelled chaos.
